StarBright Centers is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at our clinic in Maryville, Tennessee. We serve children, teens, and their families across Blount County and the Knoxville area.
About StarBright Centers
StarBright Centers is a BCBA-led ABA therapy practice for children and teens ages 2 to 17. Care happens in three settings: our clinic on South Old Glory Road in Maryville, family homes, and schools.
Our Clinical Director, Regina Glamore, M.S., BCBA, LBA, leads the clinical team and is in the clinic every day.
We keep caseloads small on purpose. Each BCBA carries a number of families they can know by name, and each family works with one BCBA the whole way through.
The role
As a BCBA at StarBright Centers, you will:
- Complete assessments and write individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and coach the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who carry out each plan
- Review progress data and adjust programs as each child grows
- Train and support parents and caregivers
- Coordinate with schools and attend IEP meetings, with family consent
- Work with children and teens in the clinic, at home, and at school

What we look for
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- A Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience providing ABA therapy to children or teens
- A collaborative approach with families, RBTs, and schools
Our clinic
Our Maryville clinic was built for kids. It has a sensory gym, a sensory room, classrooms, playrooms, and private therapy rooms.
Location
StarBright Centers, 235 S Old Glory Rd, Maryville, TN 37801. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
We are about 10 minutes from downtown Maryville, 15 minutes from Alcoa, 20 minutes from Lenoir City, and 30 to 40 minutes from Knoxville.
