in Knoxville, TN
Modern, BCBA-led care for Knoxville families. We work with children and teens ages 2 to 17, in our Maryville clinic, in your home, or right in the school where your child spends their day.
If you’re a Knoxville family looking for ABA therapy that doesn’t feel like an assembly line, we built StarBright Centers for you.
We’re a small, locally owned practice based in Maryville, about 15 minutes south of downtown Knoxville. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians serves families across all of West Knox, Bearden, Sequoyah Hills, Cedar Bluff, Farragut, and the surrounding neighborhoods. We see families from every Knox County school district.
What working with us looks like
You’ll have one BCBA from day one. Not a rotating roster. The person who builds your child’s plan is the same person you’ll see at the IEP meeting and the same person you can call when day three of school doesn’t go well.
Where care happens
In our Maryville clinic on South Old Glory Road, easy drive from Knoxville via Alcoa Highway or I-140. Plenty of parking, sensory-friendly waiting space, and a play room that was actually built for kids who need it.
In your home, anywhere across Knoxville. Our team brings everything we need. The point is to build skills your child can use in real life, and real life happens at home.
In your child’s school. We coordinate with teachers, attend IEP meetings, and share progress notes with your consent. If your child is at Sequoyah, West Hills, Bearden, Farragut, or any other Knox County school, we know the route.
Who we work with
Children and teens ages 2 to 17, with autism spectrum disorder or in active evaluation. Newly diagnosed. Switching from a previous provider. Moving from in-home to clinic, or the other way around. Preparing for a new school year, or trying to recover one that’s not going well.
Why families across Knoxville choose us
We don’t operate a waitlist. When demand grows, we hire. The only thing we won’t do is put you in line for a year.
We’re family-run and locally rooted. Our clinical director, Regina Glamore, BCBA, LBA, is here every day. She built this practice the way she’d want care for her own kids.
We coordinate with the school. If your child has an IEP or is going through evaluation, we’ll attend the meeting, draft the accommodation requests, and stay in the loop with the teacher.
Our caseloads are intentionally small. Each BCBA carries a number of families they can actually know by name.
