Local, BCBA-led ABA care for Alcoa families. Children and teens ages 2 to 17. We’re right next door in Maryville, and we serve families across Alcoa, Maryville, Rockford, and the wider Blount County area.

StarBright Centers is a few minutes from your front door. Our clinic on South Old Glory Road is about 8 minutes from downtown Alcoa, and most of our families spend less than 15 minutes in the car each way. We were built for families who don’t want to drive an hour for therapy and don’t want to be just another file on a chain’s caseload.

How we work with Alcoa families

If your child goes to Alcoa City Schools or attends one of the Blount County schools nearby, we know the route, and we know the IEP team.

We work in three settings, depending on what makes sense for your child.

In our clinic. The space is sensory-friendly and built for kids. Drop off, pick up, or stay during sessions. Whatever works.

In your home. Real life happens at home, and a lot of skills transfer better when you build them in the actual room they’ll be used in.

In your child’s school. We attend IEPs, coordinate with the special education team, and share progress notes with your consent. If you’re an Alcoa City Schools family, we’ll be at the table.

What sets us apart for local families

One BCBA, the whole way through. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst who builds your child’s plan is the same person who reviews progress, attends IEPs, and answers your questions. No rotating roster.

No waitlist. We hire to meet demand. If a family says yes, we have room.
