StarBright Centers is a few minutes from your front door. Our clinic on South Old Glory Road is about 8 minutes from downtown Alcoa, and most of our families spend less than 15 minutes in the car each way. We were built for families who do not want to drive an hour for therapy and do not want to be just another file on a large caseload.

How we work with Alcoa families

If your child attends Alcoa City Schools or one of the nearby Blount County schools, we know the route and we know the IEP process. We work in three settings, depending on what makes sense for your child.

In our clinic. A sensory-friendly space built for kids. Drop off, pick up, or stay during sessions, whatever works for your family.

In your home. Real life happens at home, and many skills transfer better when they are built in the room where they will actually be used.

In your child's school. We attend IEP meetings, coordinate with the special education team, and share progress notes with your consent.

What sets us apart for local families

One BCBA, the whole way through. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst who builds your child's plan is the same person who reviews progress, attends IEPs, and answers your questions. No rotating roster.

Small caseloads on purpose. Each BCBA carries a number of families they can actually know by name. That sometimes means a short wait for a start date. We will tell you exactly where you stand.

Locally led. Our clinical director and our team live and work here in Blount County.
